Return Policy

At Auraviva Jewellery, we want to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer an easy return process.

Returns
Exchanges are not possible.
However, you can return items within 30 days of receiving your order. Once we have received and processed your return, we will refund the amount to your original payment method.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unused, with intact labels, and in the original packaging.
• A proof of purchase or receipt is required.

Once your return request is approved, please send the item to the following address:

Important Notes

• The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Please retain the return receipt until your refund has been confirmed, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.
• Although we offer high-quality products at competitive prices with free shipping, we are currently unable to cover the return shipping costs.

Refunds
Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been inspected and approved.
The refund may take up to 10 business days to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
If more than 15 business days have passed since the approval of your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at auravivajewellery@gmail.com.
